FUNDAMENTAL STEP TOWARD MASTERING PROGRESSION
Mastering progression in any area of life is something every human, irrespective of background or field of specialty yearns to attain. Despite such high yearning, sometimes it’s often not so easy to attain or achieve.
To master progression in any category of life, It is important to first identify which category of life you intend to master progression or skills. As soon as you identify the category (either spiritual, Emotional, Financial, Relationship, Health, Friends, Work/Mission, Family, Adventure, and Hobby), the next step is to outline the skills you would like to attain and represent such skills as goal or project. When such a goal or project is represented as a big hairy audacious goal (BHAG). You will by default be taking the first step toward its mastery unlike when you choose not to have such desired skill represented as BHAG.
While it is important to have a clear outline, It is more important to create divisional deliverables for the attainment and mastery of such skills. This involves splitting BAHG into divisions while associating rewards and benefits with it.
When a BHAG is divisionalized, It will by default set you on the path of mastery. When you succeed at mastering success at the initial division, second edition, and subsequent division, you will be mastering progression for both the short and long term irrespective of whether the goal is big or small.
Visualization of goals has always been a vital tool in holding imaginary goal attainment. Such visualization needs to be introduced for every divisional stage of goals toward BHAG while keeping track of synchronization progression between both the imaginary and the executed goals.
Another interesting factor that contributes to mastering progression is “resource allocation”. When resources such as Time, Attention, Team, Emotion are appropriately assigned over a duration of a project or goal, this also facilitates progression mastery.
